Investor User Registration With Terms and Conditions for:
Paid Subscription For "Stock analysis"
CAPITOL ACADEMY ADVISOR SERVICES FOR INVESTORS
Our paid "stock analysis" subscription data service for investors is intended to help them become aware of stock investment opportunities and provide daily news and information about managing their stocks that they may own.
When an investor becomes a registered user of the paid user subscription, we will provide a stock analysis on demand for that particular day, week or month.
When you register as a user of CAPITOL ACADEMY "Stock analysis", you confirm to us that you have read our Disclosure Document (part II).
I  TERMS & CONDITIONS
In this Agreement, the Party which is Contracting to Receive "Stock analysis" services will be referred to as "Investor," and the Party who will be providing the services will be referred to as CAPITOL ACADEMY. 
The paid subscription provides the investor with a daily data update about stocks as determined by Capitol Academy.
The investor agrees and understands that all stocks bear risks of loss of capital, that the past performance of an investment is not a guide for future performance, and that there are no guarantees related to investments. 
1. Investor Account Information
An Investor registers as a user by providing his correct legal name. The Investor agrees to provide legitimate, truthful and authentic personal data about the investor when registering as a user.
2. PAYMENT
The subscription to Capitol Academy "Stock analysis" for investors is in US Dollars (USD) to be paid upon the acceptance of the application. 
3. TERM and TERMINATION.
The term of this "stock analysis" will be agreed on the current fee for each stock analyzed and is renewable. The service may be terminated by either party, without cause by either party, without notice, and without refund.
At any time during the term of the Agreement, CAPITOL ACADEMY will have the right to terminate this Agreement without notice, and without refund, if CAPITOL ACADEMY, in its sole discretion, reasonably believes the investor's use of the service does not pertain to a legitimate or regulatory-compliant or appropriate business or commercial use of the information provided.   
4. LICENSE. 
The Capitol Academy "Stock analysis" hereby grants the Investor a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non sub-licensable license to use the CAPITOL ACADEMY paid subscription solely as set forth in this Agreement, and for no other purpose.  
Investor may use the "Stock analysis" only in the manner prescribed in this agreement for investor's own use. The Investor may use the "Stock analysis" solely for its prescribed  purposes and may not re-sell or promote the information in any manner other than for the investor's personal use.  
5. CONTENT ON WEBSITE. 
The Investor understands that Capitol Academy is not a broker or dealer of securities and does not purport to make a market or act as a broker in facilitating a stock transaction.
The Investor, using his or her discretion, may determine the need for qualified legal, accounting or other licensed professional advisors, when investigating data about a stock presented by this subscription.
The Investor is solely responsible for conducting an investigation of the content supplied via the website interface and agrees that Capitol Academy "Stock analysis" is not responsible for the truth of any data or statement related to a company's financial data or content, and that Capitol Academy "Stock analysis" does not have any responsibility for any errors or omissions in the data content related to a company or stock.
Therefore, the Investor hereby indemnifies and holds Capitol Academy Newsletter and the investment advisor for the "Stock analysis", its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any liability, cost, damage or claim of any nature arising from any data or information for:
(a)	any action or investment decision taken by the Investor related to any data about a company; 
(b)	any negligence or willful misconduct of a company or its stock; and 
(c)	any of the company data content or any other company material provided on Capitol Academy "Stock analysis". 
6. RESTRICTIONS.
The Investor may not use, copy, modify, distribute or transfer the "Stock analysis" data, or any copy thereof, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement. 
Investor acknowledges that the "Stock analysis" remains confidential information of Capitol Academy.
Investor may not rent, lease, loan, resell for profit, or use the "Stock analysis" data of this subscription, and may not use the data in a time sharing or service bureau arrangement. 
8. REMEDIES.
In no event will Capitol Academy, or the investment advisor, incur liability to the Investor under this Agreement. In no event will CAPITOL ACADEMY, or the investment advisor, be liable to the Investor or to any third party for any lost profits, lost data, interruption of business, or other special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use the "Stock analysis" information or any data supplied therewith, even if CAPITOL ACADEMY has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and whether or not such loss or damages are foreseeable.
9. GOVERNING LAW. 
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to or application of conflicts of law rules or principles. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between CAPITOL ACADEMY and the Investor, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between them in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement. 
THE CAPITOL ACADEMY "STOCK ANALYSIS AND STOCK SELECTION METHODOLOGY AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAW AND INTERNATIONAL TREATY. UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION OR DISTRIBUTION IS SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
